| Insurance plans vary widely in terms of coverage and the percentage of the total amount which will be paid. You should be aware of any restrictions in your coverage, such as need for prior authorization, co-payment and deductible. Your health insurance benefits may be denied or reduced if you fail to follow any policy requirements. Our office files claims with certain insurance companies as a courtesy to the patient; however, payment for services rendered is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. |
| Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, VISA or Mastercard. Payment for office services is requested at the time the service is rendered, unless the patient is covered by a participating insurance company. If you have any questions regarding your bill or payment, contact our billing office at 804-276-9305 from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
